New 3G regulations in arcades in force

The Corona pandemic does not stop at the gambling industry. After two lockdowns already ensured that the halls had to close, the 3G rule now applies in all arcades. However, there are already harder regulations in some federal states that have priority. The machine company recently informed about the changes. Work under 3G control

The employers were recommended to conduct a simple procedure lists. The lists should show the names and the date of the vaccination certificate or test. They can be created in paper or electronic form. According to the IFSG, it is also necessary for employees to submit a valid ID card. It is sufficient for the employer if the vaccination status is checked via the covid check apps. The employees are responsible for the provision. For data protection reasons, it is not possible that the employer could make copies of the individual documents.

Sometimes confusing location

Others reported that the controls ensured that guests had to be rejected. The federal states have already announced that they want to check the regulations increasingly. At the Lockdown in spring, 70,000 employees had to be sent in short -term.
